how do I create embedded VI on target and successfully hit the reset button and have it reload

I have a 60 day eval for the MCB2300.  I have successfully loaded apps via the ULINK2 download by way of JTAG.  I seem to be in debugger mode because when I hit the reset button on the MCB2300 code stops and does not reload.  My question is how do I load application on target, disconnect the download cable and successfully hit the reset button having the code restart?

By right clicking on the Build Specification in the Project Explorer you can disable debugging.
