I would to suggest that when we are making large programs, i think scrolling left,right up and down is not enough.
I suggest Acrobat Reader Handtool, so that we can move the page whereever we want, not only left,right,up and down.
LabVIEW already has this. The tools palette (View>>Tools Palette) has a panning tool (second row, first on the right) which does exactly that.
Regardless of that, large diagrams are generally considered bad form.
The panning tool can also be accessed by pressing control and shift then clicking in open space on the panel or diagram (assuming you have automatic tool selection enabled).
