Add phsyics based editing to the LabVIEW IDE

At NI Week 2012 Jeff Kodosky presented his thoughts on a physics based editor for touch screen based LabVIEW IDE work.  This auto aligning arranging of the block diagram by physics based rules looked like a great time saver on makeing a good layout of the code. I think adding this feature to the block diagram portion of the IDE would be of great benefit to developers and aid in creating consistent and recognizable code by essentially standardizing the layout style while adding little effort on to the users of the IDE.
