Add plot properties to Sound and Vibration Toolkit - Orbit Plot specifically.

I am using the Orbit Plot in the Sound and Vibration toolkit. I cannot modify the axis text property as I can in an XY graph. I would like to request more properties be available for modification to be consistent among all graphs, specifically the XScale.NameLbl.TextColors (as well as Y axis properties). This way I can keep appearance consistent through all applications. This benefits all users by being uniform across all types of charts and graphs with the properties that can be modified.
