I agree that the basic functionality closely resembles this idea (http://forums.ni.com/t5/LabVIEW-Idea-Exchange/View-Properties-of-control-and-indicators-in-property-...). Since both ideas incorporate the same basic functionality (one window that you can view and edit all the properties of a control/indicator) and this idea has more votes and thereby might have a better chance of getting more visibility, I am going to leave this idea active and close the other one as duplicate.
