Add "quick navigation keyboard shortcut" [CTRL-G and CTRL-SHIFT-G] to the Error List Window

LabVIEW has a feature that allow to quickly navigate from one occurence to another in the search result window (see image below).

I propose to add the same functionality to the error window (see below).

+1. FWIW, I recently, unknowingly created a duplicate idea: Keyboard shortcut to navigate to the next edit-time error (broken run arrow reason)
