Add the Ability to Change the Default Connector Pane in LabVIEW

In LabVIEW 8.0, customers had the ability to modify the default connector pane. However, in LabVIEW 2011 SP1, the default connector pane is fixed to the 4x2x2x4 pattern, and the defaultConPane INI token no longer changes the default connector pane. Customers have expressed interest in being able to modify the default connector pane to prevent needing to change it manually when they are consistently using another connector pane pattern.

I can't reproduce this behavior.  The INI token allows me to customize the default connector pane in LabVIEW 2011, 2011 SP1, and 2012.  Remember that if you're on a non-Windows platform, you have to get the casing of the INI token (defaultConPane) right.  But other than that, I can't think of a reason why it wouldn't work for you.  I just tried defaultConPane=4833 in 2011, 2011 SP1, and 2012, and my default icon for new VIs was 5x3x3x5.

Either way, if you can reproduce the issue, it should be a CAR, not an Idea Exchange entry.

It works fine on the Mac version.  I tired 4833 and got the same result.
