Align input and output of Select function

Status: New

As shown by below RG code, the Select function should be redesigned in order to align the s input with the output vertically. Currently, the input is too low.

I never noticed that before.  But you are correct.  The Select function is exactly 27 pixels high. So there is an exact centerline at the 14th pixel from the top or bottom just like the output wire shows.  (13 pixels below, 1 pixel centerline, 13 pixels above.)  The input connector is 1 pixel too low.

 

Your image does a good job of showing it.  Since the T and F constants are aligned, you can see how your input wire is closer to the False constant than the True constants.

Believe me : a very particular attention was given to the implementation of this RG code to make things clear !

I had noticed long ago that the inputs were not symmetric but had not noticed the issue pointed out here.

 

It needs to be fixed.
