Application Builder properties dialog >> Source File Settings >> Customize VI Properties...
It would save me a lot of time if it were possible to select/deselect all properties at a time.
Also add Save Settings... and Open Settings... buttons to save and reuse common settings. This would make the configuration of the build much faster !

Still not present in LV 2013.
