If Signal Express is installed and coupled to a VLM for granting licenses then the information presented when the license is in use is different compared with Labview. My suggestion is to provide a details window as LV does to show that the VLM has granted a temporary 14-day license. LV will show a dialog when a user starts it up that the license is is only 14 days and provides inforamtion on why.
On Clicking "more details" you get information telling you that the VLM has issued a temporary license because all
available license are checked out.
Signal Express on the other hand will allow you to get to the point of selecting a project to open and then present you with a dialog saying that your license expires within 14 days and gives three buttons to chose; "Run License Manager" provides no useful information as it does not show up within the VLM section, only the local licenses section which is not active, "More Information" opens a web browser about Signal Express and "Continue " starts the program up with the 14-day temporary license. Only by going into "Help->About" and clicking on "Installed Licenses" do you see that it is activated but will expire in 14 days do you get a clue that it is the VLM allowing this behaviour.
