Console for Shared Variable

What is a cluster variable and why should the feature availability depend on the size?

If you want to regularly poll shared variables, you can easily write a small VI.

I usually make a vi that polls and displays my shared variables. It serves two functions: it works as a console but it also initializes my SVs at startup.

This is a reasonable request. FYI, the NI Distributed System Manager monitors variables, but it doesn't support 'advanced' types like arrays or clusters.
