Control T Terminal alignment enhancements

If you have aligned your terminal labels using CTRL T, it only applies to terminals outside structures.  Is this enforcing coding conventions that terminals are not permitted inside structures?  I would like to see this restriction removed.

Secondly, Automatic Block diagram cleanup destroys your CTRL T alignment.  This should be removed.

I agree label placement has some undesireable behaviors. My vote is to remove the inconvenience altogether by making Block Diagram Terminals unconfigurable. This removes headaches for LV Users, and would presumably reduce the LabVIEW codebase rather than adding to it.
