Disk Space Estimation Based on Components Selected for Developer Suite Install

A customer has expressed interest in having the LabVIEW Developer Suite Installer provide an estimation on how much disk space will be required for selected components. Specifically, the application in question is where the customer sets up LabVIEW on several virtual machines through VMWare, and needs to know how big of a hard disk is required on in the virtual machine configuration options prior to going through the installation processure.

I am the complainer(customer that is) and whenever I need to setup a new vsn of labview I add another virtual machine to my computer. I am trying to keep the individual virtual machines disk size no larger than necessary to keep from filling up my computer drive(750GB) sooner than necessary. I support all vsns of Labview going back to 8.6 right now. This latest install (2012) overflowed on a 25GB  virtual disk and had to do the install over again after reconfig virtual disk size. This would be much more convenient than having to go thru a bunch of readme files trying to add up all the components for a install.
