Many of these VI properties are "Run-time" writeable. They should not be set while the vi is in an "Idle" state

Untitled 1 is a floating window (but same applies to modal windows):
You wouldn't want Untitled 1 to turn it's properties in and off every 200 ms.
It might be an unknown, even unconventional, pattern, but very convenient.
