This isn't a major issue, but it hurts my LabVIEW OCD. Global variables are one pixel too tall and it gets annoying when unbundling a cluster of values into globals.
It is a further discouragement from using global variables. 🙂
On a more serious note: we are aware of this and other diagram alignment issues. You may see movement on this in the next couple years.

Isn't the size also a function of the font settings? (not sure...)
