Give any open projects their own section under the Window menu

If you have multiple projects open, they are comingled with all of the other open LV windows under both the Window drop down menu and the All Windows dialog.

There should be a new section added to the Window menu (right above the open VI windows) that would be reserved only for open lvproj files.
