LabVIEW Icon Editor should honor non-default menu shortcuts for undo and redo operations

The LabVIEW Icon Editor currently ignores non-default menu shortcuts for undo and redo operations (the ones configured under the Menu Shortcuts category of the LabVIEW Options dialog).  This means that the undo and redo menu shortcuts in the Icon Editor are always Ctrl+Z and Ctrl+Shift+Z even if you have configured other shortcuts for them in the LabVIEW Options.  It would be really nice if the Icon Editor honored non-default menu shortcuts for undo and redo operations.  One major reason for doing this is not only usability but the fact that the shortcut for the redo operation in Microsoft Windows and Microsoft Office is Ctrl+Y, not Ctrl+Shift+Z.
