Make Project Reorg a Snap! Relocate rather than Display Error when Adding Files to Project

When you attempt to add a file to a project that already exists in the project tree, LabVIEW throws an error:

   

It can be difficult to track down the file in a large Project and move it manually - even more difficult to perform a bulk reorganization on many items. Rather, I'd like to see a dialogue with the option to go ahead and just move the file to the location where I was wanting to add the file - something like this:

As it happens I stumbled above this just today...

An enhancement of this idea would be the information where the item in question is located at the moment (in project and on disc) and which project items are referencing to it).
