Scale objects while resizing - without Splitter bars

Splitter bars give you the option to scale objects while the window is being rescaled....(Pane sizing->Scale objects while resizing) which often looks better than the default behaviour.

This feature should be available in VIs without splitter bars as well (why require splitters for this),  or even better - in the options menu for individual controls (together with the Fit to Pane and Scle with Pane options).

If we had vector scaling for custom controls, I'd be on this Idea like a chicken on a junebug. As it stands now, the first fish to fry is allowing vector-scaled custom graphics for controls.
