Show Time Stamp Format String Display in Default Editing mode

Only method to verify time of the Time Stamp indicator is to go Properties of the Time Stamp>> Display format>>Select Advanced editing mode and see the Format String display.

The Idea is to add Format String Display in the Display Format Default editing mode to make it easier for users identify if the time is local, UTC or other.

Gotta disagree on this one.

The timestamp's Display Format should behave like all other controls. Therefore, Default mode shouldn't show any format strings.

However, I agree that its Default mode UI should include better configuration options, such as a checkbox for local/UTC like you pointed out.
