VI Analyzer: Add option to "VI Documentation" to skip .ctl's

Status: New

For the "VI Documentation" test, it would be great to have an option to skip controls (.ctl). We never add VI Documentation to typedefs or other controls.

I'm unsure how I feel about this one. I try to give a very short description to controls just to remind me what the intended use-case was. Helping Future You as Fab would say!

However, I do think there should be better native scripting support generally to separate VIs and Controls. For example, when you get a list of owned VIs in a library, it returns VIs and Controls, which you then have to run a further check on.
