'VI Ref' read property for SubPanels

Since SubPanels give us methods to 'Insert VI' and 'Remove VI', how 'bout they also expose a property or method to get the VI reference.  Return 'Not A Refnum' constant if no VI has been inserted.

I would appreciate this feature so I wouldn't have to track BOTH the SubPanel Ref and the VI Ref throughout my application.  It would also allow me to use VI Server to programmatically obtain references for VIs running within SubPanels on another VI and possibly open up communication with them.
