Vision matching templates - Image import that supports transparency

If we could make a transparency part of a matching template, that would be great.  

Right now we can define "ignore" regions manually with a pen tool.  But we can't have it import and understand the transparent pixel data and automatically flag those as "ignore" regions. That would be a useful feature.

Tedious manual editing, sometimes imprecise

Option for "Ignore Transparent Areas of Image" perhaps on this dialog:

By transparent, that would mean the Alpha Layer in an RGB image.
