decorations for Silver controls

Hi, 

we have the silver style controls since LV2011. But still we have not the decoration elements for the silver style UI.

It will be great to see the decoration elements in LV 2012.

I agree. None of the current decorations match the style of the Silver palette. At the very least if would be nice to be able to adjust the corner radius on the decorations with radiused corners.  You could then better match the design of the Silver controls.

Perhaps I'm missing something but I do see decorations for Silver however when I compare it to Modern Decorations, silver is missing lots of decoration icons. Why?

I am going to ask that NI agree to close this idea as Complete.

The Silver decorations were added in 2013. The palette is smaller than Modern because the style of the Silver controls is far more limited, intentionally, to create a unified appearance.

So.... NI won't be adding Vertical and Horizontal Smooth Boxes? This features give lot of face lift to UI.

In Core1 and 2 it was encouraged to use Silver Scheme.

I would request to atleast add those two.

KVachani: Those two do not fit the style of the Silver controls. Nothing else in Silver has that particular kind of faux 3D effect. If you need a bounding region in Silver, use one of the flat boxes. If you need a control background, use the Rounded Box or Circle.
