all know that labview has changed engineer's programmer style of measuremnt and control filed. it not enough , i take a suggesstion to expand labview feature which add machine learning feature. it can aquire data when user developing application using labview, These data include user programming style, the use of professional background knowledge, after training to be able to automatically generate relevant code according to the user. microsoft has started to research this Tech. everybody, if has true, will be changed all progrmmer life.

You will want to check out the LabVIEW Tools Network. There are several libraries that have been built to support machine learning. This is not an area of expertise for National Instruments. Instead, it is an area we encourage third parties to develop, parties with the research background and test facilities to develop such tools.

Two links in particular:

AQ, it's hard to know exactly what the poster is asking for, but I think it's related to developing code rather than implementation of machine learning algorithms.  i.e. for LabVIEW to learn how an individual programmer codes and to provide "smart" tools that adapt to that.  It's debateable whether that would be useful, or just another Microsoft Clippy!

What would scare me here is it could get to the point where the IDE encourages bad practices.  "I see you like to use Sequence Structures everywhere.  Let me just put a massive one down for you when you make a new VI."  Yes, this is an extreme.

GregS: Oh. If that's the request, that's very different than my answer. We will see if the post gets clarification.

Don't say "thanks".  Clarify what you want!

Please clarify which kind of learning you are looking for. Are you wanting to incorporate machine learning into the VIs that you write? If so, the links I provided should suffice. But if you're looking for the editor environment of LabVIEW to start learning your behavior, as GregS, proposed, that's a different request. Which one?

second,  as you said. i want to enable labview learning our programming behavior and then take a conclusion to help user next developing behavior, such as auto generating  code in same project.

Got it. Thank you for clarifying.
