system exec in French and other language with accents

Any idea that has received less than 2 kudos within 2 years after posting will be automatically declined.

Since Windows Seven, the system exec vi is not displaying accents but other ascii caracters. Depending on the Windows language I suppose.

and nothing has changed.

This doesn't sound like an idea to improve LabVIEW.  It sounds like a complaint about the Windows operating system and its command prompt interface.
