DAQ attached with Arduino UNO

i want to connect my DAQ with arduino and want vary the duty cycle of LED attatched with arduino by changing voltages of DAQ..please some one help me

You'll need to explain better what hardware you have and what you are trying to do.  If you simply want to use the Arduino via LabVIEW, you should consider using LINX.
