Hello Asif,
I have the same questions. Do you find any thing helpful or not ?

1. It's not fully supported by NI, LINX is a third-party add-on that is supported by Digilent.
Support for LINX is primarily through https://www.labviewmakerhub.com/forums/.
2. Short answer no, LINX is an interpreter between your PC and the Arduino. It does not compile the LabVIEW code onto the Arduino from what I have researched. Your PC runs the LabVIEW end, magic happens in the LINX firmware, which then sends commands to the Arduino.
3. I don't understand your question.
