Digital Write Port” for Pin 14-53

Hello i work with the Arduino Mega 2560. My Question is: is it possible to work with “Digital Write Port” for Pin 14-53? And if so how should i manipulate the Arduino Firmware and the SubVI Digital Write Port”.

I wrote a version of the firmware and some VIs to do this IIRC.  It should be posted here somewhere.
