Help in installing Arduino toolkit?

Is there any other ways to install arduino toolkit other than vipm . because it doesnot support in my laptop.

Can anyone send me all the toolkit as Zip file or other fomat ?

What "doesnot support in my laptop"?  VIPM installs a package which is a set of files and in many cases cannot be replaced by un zipping a set of files.  If you are having trouble with VIPM feel free to contact JKI.  Many of us on NI's forums also have experience so we maybe able to help as well.  Describe your problem in installing VIPM and the toolkit.
