When you open "LIFA_Base.ino", it should open all other relevant files in that folder.  If any of these files are not open (in tabs) it will not compile correctly.

I just tried to open only that one file and it always opens all of them so the only thing I can think of with you even being able to open just that one file is that you don't have all the files in that folder.

Also, as an FYI, it appears that you are using an older version of LIFA.  In the latest version, the folder should be called LIFA_Base as opposed to some older versions called LVIFA_Base (and likewise with the main file in this folder).
