There is not enough information in your post for anyone to be able to answer your question very well. You can find a bunch of useful information about closed-loop position control online.
If you get to a point where you don't know how to interface with LabVIEW and Arduino, come back and describe all of the hardware that you have (motor, motor controller, position sensor, etc.) and we will try our best to help you out.
