Problem of reading Encoder

sorry there is not error in encoder library but there is error in firmware code

Because I wrote it for an older version of LIFA, there were quite a few changes required to update it.  Also, I completely removed Encoder.cpp entirely when I implemented it.

So, I've updated it but for convenience I had to modify Encoder.h so you have to use the version as I have it in the archive.

To use this, you need to compile my custom firmware and upload it to your arduino and then you can use the VIs.
