Reason why there is "a timeout occurred while waiting for the to respond"

Hi, i am new user in LabVIEW.

I try to connect LabView with Arduino UNO using LINX.

But when i want to run it, there is an announcement "A timeout occurred while waiting for the to respond" in VI LINX Close.

Is there anyerror in my diagram block ? Or i used the wrong VI ?

I hope you can explain it as detailed as possible. Thank you
