Because this is not specifically a Arduino question, it may be better to search in other NI forums for you solutions.  Also, this will be dependent on what you have on the "internet" to accept the data you send it.  I.E. Where are you sending this data?

There is a twitter API on labviewhacker.com 

LabVIEW has many other 'internet' features available.  As Nathan said its probably better to ask on the public forums at http://forums.ni.com/.
