Hello Jamesponty,
Currently, LabVIEW MathScript cannot be used on real-time targets. We are considering adding support in a future release of LabVIEW, but at this time, we have no specific date when it will be available. For reference, you may find the following documents helpful in determining which features are unsupported on LabVIEW RT targets: https://www.ni.com/docs/en-US/bundle/labview-real-time-module/page/real-time-operating-systems-real-...

Hi,
I have the exact same question.
Now, several years later: Is it possible with the 2012 version?
Would it be possible if I use a *.m file, which I connect via a MATLAB (R) script node? (I have a licensed version installed)
Thanks!
Keks

Well, mathscript is now called Matscript RT and realtime targets are supported. (See also).

What is "it"? Are you trying to run a matlab script node on RT? I think that only works on windows, not RT.
