Double click on control or indicator / Window > Show Front Panel

Double clicking any of the controls or indicators usually bring up the Front Panel.  It is not happening, so I selected Window > Show Front Panel and the front panel still remained minimized.  This occurs after verifying a bug that was reported concerning the artifacts when moving a subvi icon on the block diagram discussed here.

The double-clicking now works as expected.  I do not know (or recall) what caused it to stop functioning or what I did that it now works.  The VI was not closed.  LabVIEW was not restarted.
