This latest release also has CTRL+Scroll taking on a new role, which I find hard to get used to.  In this case there is an industry standard for what that operation should do.

Why would you introduce an annoying thing like this which nobody asked for and make it the default behaviour which can only be turned off by using an ini key?! Instead you could have allocated time for the important stuff like the terribly outdated IDE and not these fairy dust features. I really hope the the merging with Emerson brings some resource for these kind of development but honestly I doubt it.
