[New Feature] Select All Text with Ctrl+A

LabVIEW 2025 Q3 enables the keyboard shortcut Ctrl+A to select all text whenever editing a text field, including in labels, string controls, and dialogs.

Hello,

Ctrl+A does not have the same effect in the Icon Editor.

It simply selects all user layers whether or not we are currently editing text (like templates filter, icon text lines, glyphs filter, layer names...).

What I would expect from Ctrl+A:

 - If currently editing a text box, select its whole content.

 - Else, if the "Layers" tab is active, select all user layers.

 - Else, do nothing.

Regards,

Raphaël.

Icon Editor is now open source. Create a discussion at the following link and we can have a look. We are not actively doing any development as we are trying to figure out testing and how to handoff to NI works. But document this so that it is not lost.
