Welcome to the Public Beta for LabVIEW 2025 Q3

The LabVIEW 2025 Q3 Beta installer is now available for Windows. Note that modules and localized versions are not included in this Beta program.

Installation

  • To download, visit https://www.ni.com/en-us/support/downloads/software-products/download.labview-beta.html
  • Activate with serial number L12V86837.
  • Warnings:
    • This installer will replace LabVIEW 2025 Q1 with the Beta.
    • NI recommends that you install the Beta on a dedicated test machine or VM.
    • You will need to uninstall the Beta if you want to install the release version of LabVIEW 2025 Q3 on the same machine, since NIPM does not support upgrading from the Beta.

New and Changed Features

Known Issues

  • You cannot directly upgrade from the Beta to the release version of LabVIEW 2025 Q3. You need to uninstall the Beta first.
  • The splash screen and About box do not state that this is a Beta. They show the version as 25.3d186. The Getting Started Window, however, does display LabVIEW 2025 Q3 Beta.
  • For known issues about the new features, refer to their individual posts.

Thank you for your participation! I look forward to seeing your feedback.

Hi all,

After I installed LabVIEW 2025 Q3 Beta, I did not see Nigel in the help. I want to confirm if this beta version has the Nigel function.

No, the Nigel AI Advisor is not available in this Beta. It will be a feature of the released version of LabVIEW 2025 Q3, but it will require an active subscription or SSP for the Professional Edition.

If I download and install 2025 Q3, the installer welcome dialog says it is Q2? Same difference?

(Later, in the product selection it says Q3)

Thanks for reporting this. I believe it is just a temporary issue from the way our build process works, but I'll make sure this isn't an issue for the release.

Hello,

Is there any update on the release date of 2025Q3? I've heard it is July 2025 but never heard or read what day to expect it. Looking forward to testing it out and am excited to eventually have Windows containers in the future 😄

I can't promise the exact date, but we're still expecting LabVIEW 2025 Q3 to be available later this month.
