Welcome to the Public Beta for LabVIEW 2026 Q1

The LabVIEW 2026 Q1 Beta installer is now available for Windows. Note that modules and localized versions are not included in this Beta program.

Installation

  • To download, visit https://www.ni.com/en-us/support/downloads/software-products/download.labview-beta.html
  • The installer includes older versions of several add-ons that do not work with this Beta. Please uncheck the following items during installation:
    • JKI Dragon
    • JKI VI Package Manager (Note: JKI has published a 2026 Beta for VIPM separately)
    • MGI Solution Explorer
    • NI Nigel AI Advisor for LabVIEW 2025
  • In addition, if you do not need the offline help, NI recommends unchecking NI LabVIEW Offline Manual (English) during installation to make installation faster.

  • Warnings:
    • NI recommends that you install the Beta on a dedicated test machine or VM.
    • You will need to uninstall the Beta if you want to install the release version of LabVIEW 2026 Q1 on the same machine, since NIPM does not support upgrading from the Beta.

Activation

  1. You must log in to an ni.com account even though there are no entitlements on accounts for Beta releases.
  2. Select “Enter a serial number” from the drop-down menu:

  3. Enter serial number L12V86837 and ensure you did not include any trailing blank spaces when entering the serial number, as this will cause activation to fail.
  4. Click Activate.
