The top parameter of the windows bound changed with LV23

If we want to stick to the menu bar, 

In LV22 the top of a front panel window had to be set to 37

Now in LV23 the top of a front panel window has to be set to 24

Do we have to change all the settings of the VIs made for LV22 or does this is a bug that you are going to correct ?

I wondered why a new VI would suddenly move up into the menu bar being covered by a few pixels.  Hopefully this will be fixed in the next release.....
