Adds a new Replace with Border Node menu option to input tunnels on In Place Element Structures:

Depending on the tunnel data type, the replacement will be:

• Array - Array Index/Replace
• Cluster - Unbundle/Bundle
• Refnum - Data Value Reference Read/Write
• All other types - In Place In/Out

This plugin was inspired by the following Idea Exchange post: In Place Element Structure - add element from tunnel
