Lable multiple wires

Author: Lorenz Casper

This PlugIn helps if you have to label a lot of wires and the wires should have the same name as Elements at the begining of the wire.

A Quick Drop PlugIN with the same functionality is available here: https://decibel.ni.com/content/docs/DOC-31771

Attachement is saved in LabVIEW 2015. For install instructions, go here.

Update Notes (label multible wires_v2.llb):

As this PlugIn works with the Name of the Element at the beginning of a wire. If that Element has no label (e.g. the Enum in the Picture above) the PlugIn will insert the text "Empty Label".

Looking forward to more feedback - I love to add it to the PlugIn.

Hi Lorenz - I downloaded this one and it didn't seem to work. I selected an error cluster wire and a refnum wire, right clicked, and the menu appeared. When I selected it, it didn't appear to make any change.

Also minor spelling correction - it should be "Label Multiple Wires".

Hey Joey, Thank you very much for you're feedback. I have just one Idea that can explain your scenario: The Element at the beginning of your refnum and your error cluster wire has no label. For that case I added a new functionality that in this case the PlugIn label the wire with Empty Label. I hope now it works for you as well.
