Data Dashboard is not working at Galaxy Note 10.1

Hello, I have the Samsung Galaxy Note 10.1 (GT-N8010) with official Android 4.1.2 and the Data Dashboard is not working there. The app crashes everytime I create new dashboard. When I start Data Dashboard again, the new Dashboard is there, but when I try to open the newly created dashboard I get this messge:(I am already using the newest version)

Is the 4.1.2 the newest Android version available for your tablet?

What are the regional settings? If they are not English, please try changing them.

It was in the regional settings.

I was using Czech regional settings. I tried to change it to English (US) and Data Dashboard is working.

l also tested it on Asus Memopad and with Czech regional settings it crashes too and with English (US) it is working well.

Also I tried Slovak regional settings and the app crashes too... 

So Data Dashboard is working, but it is annoying to switch the language everytime I want to use the Data Dashboard...
