Get mouse coordinate

How can I get mouse coordinate from front panel  while VI is running. I want to move a front panel image with mouse while VI is running. I know that in Labview I can, as in the example: http://decibel.ni.com/content/docs/DOC-5595

Unfortunately, Web UI Builder doesn't currently offer a mechanism to find the mouse coordinates when running. While you can programmatically move the image, if you aren't able to get the mouse position, I'm not sure how you would go about moving an image on a running VI's Front Panel.
