How can I make media player start automatically when vi is loaded or how can I play/stop a movie when an event happens (for example when the property of a button changes)?

Unfortunately, there isn't a programmatic way in Web UI Builder to play or stop a movie. Hopefully, as the product moves out of early access release, this functionality will be added.
