Since this hasn't come up recently and as an FYI - Bluetooth support for the LabVIEW NXT Toolkit is the same as for the general Mindstorms product. You should use one of the Bluetooth adapters mentioned on this page

Effectively, it means you need to use a Bluetooth adapter that comes with either the Microsoft Windows Bluetooth driver or the Widcom driver. The Toshiba driver (i.e. Dell Laptops) are not supported.
