Is Labview 2013 not compatible with LEGO NXT 2.0 Mindstorms Third Party Sensors?

Dear Members,

 

I am working on my project using LEGO NXT 2.0 KIT and a thermal infrared sensor from Dexter Industries. The VI blocks that are available for the sensor are showing compatibility issues with LABview 2013 version. Do I need to install an older version to work with it or there is any other way to make it compatible?

What are "compatibility issues"? Do you get any error messages?
