Machine Vision

Hi there 🙂

I am new to the forums, to LabView and to NXT, but have played about with the legacy RCX in the past.

I was just wondering whether it is easy to implement machine vision with NXT or not, as I have seen RoboRealm and that looks good and perhaps towards what I am looking for.

You see, I intend to have a camera above a field of robots, monitoring their action and telling them what to do based on their actions.

Any suggestions?

Ian 🙂

Hi

The vision can be implemented in a LabVIEW (realtime) ssytem and commands can be exchanged with the robots via blue tooth.
especially when the LabVIEW toolkit comes around it becomes interesting.
